Cancellation Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the date and time of your appointment. Please note that this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferable depending on availability.
Mercedes Iregbulem reserves the right to collect a 75% cancellation fee for any No Show/No-Call appointments or same day cancellations. Cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment can be rescheduled at a later date.
No Show / No Calls will result in being banned from booking.
